On March 30, 2023, an initial meeting of chiropterologists, hunters and foresters was held in the Krotoszyn Forestry Inspectorate on the implementation of the idea of adapting hunting pulpits as shelters for bats.
The meeting was attended by members of the National Society for the Protection of Bats, the Faculty of Forestry and Wood Technology of the Poznan University of Life Sciences, the Theriological Section of the PULS Foresters' Association, the Knieja Hunting Association No. 3 in Krotoszyn, Krotoszyn Forest Inspectorate.
